Now, now, let's not go overboard. I wish there was more competition also but CAZ is pretty accomodating and it's a fun place to play at. There really isn't that much demand for mix games below the 40 or 60 levels and that's that.

Hey guys, I have recently returned from my summer trip to vegas, where we played many hours of mixed games

Where'd you play low-limit mixed games in Vegas? TI for the Tangerine Mixer?

In retrospect, a 4-8 mixed game is probably a less popular option than a 6-12 or 8-16 (or 5-150) mixed game. When I play 5-150, I often see players I've played 6-12 Omaha with, or hear players talk about playing the 6-12 hi low stud. The farther you go up, the more experience and interest there seems to be in mix games.

Nah, Ceaser's had a pretty decent 4-8 HORSE going almost nightly, we usually were 86ing holdem in favor of 2-7 td.

DesertCat- You make a good point about 6-12, that would be an excellent limit for that game, I really think it would be an easy game to deal since it would only be HOS, but like I said I am not gonna hold my breath.

I will be there tonight, sometime around 7ish, hopefully playing in a Friday night-like juicy 20/40. If you are there tonight, try to start a list and I'll put my name up. I am sure we could convince some 7-stud hi/lo players to join in.

I really enjoy razz and would be sad if we didn't play that also......

Pope, I appreciate the support, but everytime I ask they seriously look at me like im smoking crack. I too love razz, and stud8, but I am not even asking them for those games just the ones that they already spread, I think Perc's suggestion about the Fort would probably be the best idea, maybe a couple times a month a bunch of us can meet up there and push chips back and forth.

Me and the Fort don't get along very well. I only played there once, like 3+ years ago before I got into poker. It is too far away.

You have no shot at gettng this game spread on tuesday or wednesday night.
The room is at capacity by 6 pm because of the tournament.

Your best chance is on thursday, sunday or monday night.( until football pools begin)

I would love some 5-150 O8!

The stud/8 game went today and was going when I left around 7pm. Had a decent list on it.
