Default QQ, the first time i wear the nit hat at a limit table

so, I've been playing about 35/28 or so over the last 120 hands at the table and have a generally solid / aggressive image, making thin value bets like I do and all, then this happens... (6 handed table).

UTG+1 is 24/17/2 over 121 hands w/ a wtsd% of 34 (little nitty).

Ultimate Bet 5/10 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: SHOOTAA is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
SHOOTAA raises, MP 3-bets, 2 folds, SB :#A500AF(A NIT)/ calls, 1 fold, SHOOTAA caps, MP calls, SB :#A500AF(A NIT)/ calls.

Flop: (13 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
A NIT checks, SHOOTAA bets, MP raises, A NIT folds, SHOOTAA calls.

Turn: (8.50 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SHOOTAA ?

I'm thinking if I had JJ i would CC, because I think I have 6 clean outs most of the time (still too thin probably), or KK I would've 3 bet the flop obv (which I should've done anyways, and do vs most, this guy is such a nit that i had planned to show it down until his range got kicked in the face by the turn card. Soooooo, check-fold?
