deal or no deal?
situacion:three players in the pot on the flop. playerA bet 30$ and player B go all-in 70$, player C all all-in, and player A call all-in. BUT before turn is open player A offer to player C to open cards and ask him to not raise him. Question: can they do that?

What we have here is failure to communicate. |

Re: deal or no deal?
probably not seeing as 3 people are left in the hand. If Im player C and feel comfortable about my hand being better than Bs, I would fire on the turn.

Re: deal or no deal?
Your post is a little confusing. It reads as if both Players B AND C are already all-in preflop.
I assume you meant that Player C calls B's raise to $70, as does Player A. If this is a cash game, depending upon the rules of the specific cardroom, a player might be able to expose one of his cards. Exposing both is collusion (and dumb as hell). I've heard players ask to just check it down, but not while exposing hole cards. |

Re: deal or no deal?
they(A and C) have more money than B. what is the diferent: cheking down and turning cards face up? because they agree not to raise. they play like friends, but player B must beat 2 players.

Re: deal or no deal?
depends on casino... but usually, in a cash game, they can mutually agree to check it down but its frowned upon since its bad for player B... this is however, an ok option when its heads up.

Re: deal or no deal?
Not even when they are heads up in a pot.
"Hey, buddy, let's keep raising until everybody is out of the hand then agree to check it down. We can just split our winnings later." Don't go down that path. Play the game or don't sit down. |
