Default 25NL, JTs in SB facing raise

Just sat down at this table. I know playing this hand was a mistake for my stack size, but I was wondering under what conditions or stack sizes if any I should play this hand.

How should I have played the flop and how should I play the turn?

Fold preflop flop, but you knew that. Bet more on the flop. Your not going to get anyone to fold to that bet. Turn action is missing I assume this is where you had problems.

In for an ounce, in for a pound. Something like that.

You are repping a big hand here. I's just bet something between $3-5 and try to take the pot down. I'd give it up if pushed back at me. If called you have outs on the river. The number of hands villain raises with preflop with a 7 in it are small. I would of liked the donk bet a bit bigger, just so that you could of folded villains pocket 7's here.

Pre-flop is pretty horrible with 40BB.

As played, c/r flop all-in.

I think the only way you can play this hand preflop is if you are both over 100bbs deep. Nobody is folding to the flop bet on that draw heavy board. Turn try and see a free card, call a small bet.

Thanks for the feedback.

If I had 100bb along with my opponents and the LP raiser was an aggro, would this hand qualify as a re-steal hand pre-flop?

Bad position hurts suited connectors a lot. You could call this for twice the stack depth in position.

you know that pf is bad with 36BBm but you are OOP as well, making this call a mistake even with bigger effective stacks. I want around 100BB stacks AND position to make this call pf.
