Are the hud going to display in realtime.
Hand strength?
Odds & Pot odds?
Outs?
Betting amount on each street?

[/ QUOTE ]

It's likely we'll continue with the same idea I went with for PA Hud. Show information on past hands but nothing from the current hand. Showing information on the current hand comes very close to playing the hand for you. Features like this bring risk that poker sites may, in the future, decide to ban the use of our software.

[/ QUOTE ]

What about letting the player write a script to display information given the current table situation? That would not be playing the hand in place of the player.

For example you can provide info on the current board, player's holecards, opponent's actions and pot size. Nothing that anyone looking at the screen cannot know Players can then write scripts to calculate if they have a flush draw and the needed pot odds (and then display it), for example. Would this be a problem?

Will there be a customizable time zone feature? i.e. I live off GMT and currently in PT adjust "my day starts" time to take into account PT working off eastern time.

However when reviewing Sessions and the times of the sessions played they are listed by ET. Is it possible to have them customizable and displayed in GMT?

Everything is in UTC so time zone issues should no longer be an issue...

It is possible that this has been asked, but will Omaha support and Stud support be active right from the final release date on, or will this be added later (or at all)? Most of the screens seem only to have Texas Hold 'Em on them and I couldn't find any information in the FAQs about this.

Omaha and Stud will follow after the final release of Holdem.

Will I be able to just make a back up of my DB in postgreSQL and then import that into PT3?

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm not sure what you mean. PT3 will be able to read data directly from your PT2 databases, so you'll have to do nothing but start the conversion process.

[/ QUOTE ]

So if PT3 will read PT2 database will PT3 import all tournament summaries and all tournament files from SNGs with out needing anything else.

And in theory PT3 database will look just like PT2 database after it has imported everything???

[/ QUOTE ]

It will have all the information PT2 has and more.

[/ QUOTE ]

So to read this right basically your going to want to import any HH you have saved to get the full details.

After that to fill any other info you didnt save import form pt2 database.

Will pokertracker 3 import all the summary information that has been manually entered aka tournament summaries?????

I have spent very large amounts of time fixing tournament summaries to show 6max tables as 6max filling lost summaries on various sites. Loosing this may alone be reason for not upgrading......

This has probably been asked, but will you guys add a stat for avg. post-flop bet size(for NL/PL games)? I.E. 1/2 pot, 3/4 pot, etc.

PT3 will try to retain all the manually entered information when it converts the database.
