FTP is a piece of crap.

Pay over thousands for rake every month.

10 business days has gone by, and still no money showing on my bank account, send email, and waited 24 hrs just to got one of those stupid auto reply.

This is it for me, IF I DON'T SEE MY MONEY IN MY BANK IN THE NEXT 3 DAYS, NO MORE FTP FOR ME FOREVER.

Don't use the bank transfer option, people.

It's been two weeks and I'm probably looking at another month or so according to their email. I was an unknowing guinea pig. Should've just stuck with a check.

Has anyone else had this option disappear from their cashier lately?

[/ QUOTE ]
I've been told that someone hit the wrong button and enabled the option for everyone when we still weren't quite ready to open it up fully. It's still in beta and we're slowly expanding the list of people who have the option. If everything continues to go well I'm hopeful we'll be able to open it up for everyone within a few weeks.

Sorry for the tease!

Doug

This is quite possibly the stupidest thing I've ever read. Seriously, wtf?

1) It was "accidentally" made available by someone hitting a wrong button? Do you know how stupid that sounds???

2) You weren't able to handle the load of requests, so you APPROVED them all!!!!

Why not decline the transfers and send a simple email to the players stating it was made available in error?

No, that would make sense. Instead, me and whoever else was lucky enough to be an unwilling guinea pig is stuck waiting for money.

I respected FTP Doug, but this is assanine.

Dammit! I wish would've seen this thread before I cashed out using the Bank Transfer option!

FYI, my withdrawal was process on 9/22. Still nothing in my bank account from FTP.

I recently requested a check and had it in less than 7 business days. No problems here.

This information is completely irrelevant to the thread, but thanks for the update on your situation.

Is anyone getting bank transfers in a reasonable timeframe? I just requested one and got it approved but seeing this thread now I'm a little worried. Is it just that all the horror stories are concentrated here or is pretty much everyone that's using them getting horrible wait times?
