Wiki "Barnard is the partner of PETA president Ingrid Newkirk" He is also on the list of notable people who practice (or practiced) veganism

[/ QUOTE ] the evidence suggests that a vegan/vegetarian diet will improve one's mental acuity. however, i haven't noticed a change in this regard since switching from vegetarianism to veganism. physically, though, i have observed a marked change. my body works better and i feel better.
