Default Turkey Bowl

Anybody else playing in this on Absolute?

I qualified and was bored this afternoon (ice storm in my area) so decided to give it a try.

The blinds went up every 10 min for the first 1 1/2 hours. Then after that they haven't moved. We've been stuck on 300/600 for a half hour and the tournament info doesn't show anything after that limit.

I'm going to be here for ever. When the tournament gets HU if both people have even stacks they are going to be like 500 BB deep. We're at the second break and I'm slightly below the average stack at the moment and I still have 170 BBs.

Anybody have any advice for playing late tournaments where everyone is really deep? lol

Only 4.5 hrs in now and still the blinds haven't changed since the 1.5 hr mark. If I wasn't doing well I'd have been gone a long time ago. The top 7 players have nearly 100BB stacks out of 10 total. I'll post next results next month when it is done.

Wont you be excited when AP actually responds to you guys and voids your winnings? That should be fun

Unbelievable after 8 hrs we get this message at the table...

This tournament will be shut down in 2 minutes due to a technical error. Everyone remaining in the tournament will be compesated. We're deeply sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

The about 15 minutes later it finally shuts down. I had the chip lead in the end. I better get compensated well or I'm going to feel like the turkey of the turkey bowl lol.
