Default NL100 - ranges for villains calling 3bets pf IP and OOP

I have trouble making decisions while playing and also while analyzing my play in 3bet pots. My main problem is assigning calling ranges to villains who call my 3bets IP or OOP. If I have no read on villain I put him on JJ+, AK the first time he calls my 3bet pf. Is this too tight at NL100? How should I change his range if he is IP. How does it change if he raised UTG as opposed to on the BTN and I reraised from the blinds?

For example:

full 100xBB stacks

villain raises to 4$ OTB
Hero reraises with QQ to 12$ in the BB
villain calls

flop J37 rainbow

now if I get reraised on this flop and my range is correct I can fold. But if my range is too tight and he has AJ or KJ I might be making a mistake. Do I add AJ to his range just because of the flop or do I go with my default JJ+,AK range?

So what ranges should I use with unknown villains? Should I consider them donkeys or solid player until they show otherwise?
