Re: Easy c/f ?
This hand is a fold preflop. River fold is ok, but the turn bet is problematic. I would have either bet more or checked. 1/2 psb screams weakness.

Re: Easy c/f ?
Wow...you raise UTG with that hand?
Could you please explain why? You hit a perfect flop but it looks like vilian floped a set. I`d fold the river yes. |

Re: Easy c/f ?
Preflop is terrible unless table is really tight (you said you had no read though).
Turn 1/2 pot bet screams weakness, but will often get hands to fold. Folding the river is fine but is very read dependent for me. |

Re: Easy c/f ?
Yeah, definitely fold preflop.
I actually like the turn bet though if the plan is to call a raise and check/fold the river if called. If someone's going to bluff you here, they'll usually do it on the turn so they don't have to worry about a river lead whereas if they actually have a boat, they're going to call to try and suck you in. If they have a straight or something and decide not to try to push you off a split on the turn, they'll usually just check behind on the river. I guess if they bet less than all-in on the river, that might be indicative of the same hand betting for value, but usually you can make a safe c/f there. Another straight's pretty unlikely anyway with you having two blockers on the key card and no raise coming on the flop. |

Re: Easy c/f ?
if you cant play great post flop, then raising this hand is absolutely terrible
as played villan could have the goods, air or something between - the only thing we do know is he dosent have is nut straight. if i had reads i might find a call here, but getting into this spot in the first place is a big leak |
