Well...depending on your read of this guy, the answer varies. I must say, though, that I very much doubt the flush unless he had TKh, in which case you are beat already. The way you played this hand, I would still have to say a call here, though. Your check on the turn showed weakness, and also gave him a free card to draw out on you (if he doesn't lead already). However, I would believe that his hand is not a flush (unless the guy's a complete donk).

Bet turn. As played, though, I think you have to fold. My guess is that he has Kxh, the only reason he didn't raise on the turn with top pair is because you showed aggression on the flop with possibly two pair. You should have punished him for the river card by betting like 2/3 the pot on the turn, so calling with a flush draw becomes unprofitable.

definatly got to bet the turn.
this river looks like a bluff but he could very well have J9h or Kxh and just be a donk who doesnt know how to extract value, so i would probably fold without a read on opponent

I dont like donk bets either, but the flop raise here is bad. Villain is 10/4 and you have marginal showdown value.
flop: calling/floating ~ folding > raising

Edit: fold river as played.
