I am stuck! I looked for a video clip of this and I can't find one. I know it has to be out there somewhere but I need help. Someone find it for us and point us in the right direction. Dynasty has a knack for tracking this stuff down maybe he will find it for us. I will keep trying if I get ideas of new places to look. Just wanted you to know I am not ignoring you or forgotten about this one. It would be a funny one if we find the right clip.

Hey, this is easy.

Now, two questions:

1) how do I extract video clips from (eg) youtube?

2) how do I put a border around the image? I can do it to each individual frame but that would take like 400 hours. I use GIMP fwiw.

Looking good.

1. How to extract source video from youtube.

2. To make a border create a new layer, be sure this layer is transparent and "on top" of all the other layers. This makes the border you will draw on this layer be visible on all frames in one quick easy step. Then draw your border either by hand or with this method dukesucks taught me. I made a hotkey that does all these steps with the push of one button. I use imageready7 sorry I don't know gimp but it must be similar.

Thickness should be 1 not 2 I must have took me screenshot to fast.

I tried to get the file size of your original under 100Kb. Not sure it looks better but if you want to open it up in your program and look it over you can see easily how I did it.

Deleted every second frame doubled the framerate then put a brighten and sharpen filter on each frame. Edit: Second one is at 3 times the speed as it just seemed too fast.

Now that my avatar is gone...I should have saved it to my own host. Anyways, can someone create me a REAL police car with flashing lights?
