I only "hit the floor" the first time, the second was more me being a little dazed still and kinda sit/slumping against the wall.

1) I haven't called the cops, and at this point most likely won't. Too far after the fact. Its been established with my friend who we were partying with that if he ever shows up again, they will be called and he will be booted.

2) Slashing his tires was not my idea. I was the guy who kept my boys from going after him when they found out what went down. It wouldn't have helped anything and I didn't need them spending any time downtown.

3) I would've dropped him like a bad habit if he had stuck around. Luckily for him, he left right after he hit me. Also, about him punching like a bitch, I meant he hit me from behind, much in the way a bitch would when they knew they couldn't take the guy straight up.

That's the funny thing about it, it was the 4 of us all inside the apartment standing there. He was right there, and without any aggravation, just apparently turned and jacked me. What can I say? I guess I need to work on not going down when I get hit in the back of the head. I guess I'm also glad that he only hit me with his hand, with the solid number of bottles around.

like, when i was growing up i would have had to looked this dude up again or moved. i am past that now, as i dont need the respect i once thought i needed. it doesnt sound like it will matter much to your future, so letting it go is probably the best thing.

That's really all I've got, couldn't figure enough stuff out to get anything legal going within a reasonable time. I won't go looking for him, and he's not going to be around if any of my friends have anything to say about it.

What I do know is that I probably screwed up and missed my chance to take him down, out of sheer shock at the time. I will not make the same mistake again.
