its very rare that you would have a big hand. having said that, he probably won't call anyway.

nay, u rep nothing except maybe 33. if he has something, he calls.
if ur read is that he has nothing, then its ok as he is forced to fold - but u didnt write anything about reads. so:

Nay, risking way to much. Even if you win this time, it wont be +EV in the long run. Plus people dont fold

Has to work 2/3 of the time even to break even, super-high variance, bluffing an unknown yada. Seems not worthwhile.

Fold pf, as played pot flop and pot turn, river is a resounding WTF?!? If I were Villain I'd have a tough time folding like KJ+ since your line looks extremely fishy.
