Default I lost my Oblivion installation CD, Am I screwed?

Last summer I played quite a bit of Oblivion (PC). I lost the Installation CD and thought nothing of it. Later somehow my file was deleted, Can't remember how, but I quit playing anyways, now I'm craving this game, is there anything I can do or would I have to rebuy the game. Also does the game require the regular CD to play? I forget.

You are alive, wealthy enough to live somewhere with access to the internet, and have enough free time to play computer games. You, my friend, are certainly not screwed. Enjoy it.

you are breathing, have indoor plumming, and haven't been raped. I'm pretty sure you're gonna be alright.

Aside from that, you're screwed from getting another disk. So just download it.
