Dogwatch Handgrabber

Anyone out there proficient with DW handgrabber? I have it open while Bodog tables open, it says it is connected, but its not reading tables/grabbing hands. I do not have Vista. Anyone?

I guess the other issue is that it doesn't support ALL games.

Actually,

Is it possible to import hands from Bodog if you didn't have Dogwatch running? I have dogwatch, but was playing tourneys then moved to ring games.
