Default 200nl: Ugh I hate awkward stack sizes

Villian is 23/10/2.

Given awkward stack sizes here, what is our plan on the flop?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($117.58)
Button ($110.50)
SB ($308.24)
Hero ($200)
UTG ($87)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $8</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $24</font>, MP calls $18.

Flop: ($53) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero ???

Bet 36 and fold to a shove. He probably folds TT-QQ and AQ, if he shoves you're pretty much cooked and can fold happily.
