Default Flopping Obvious Trips

Here goes, you all will probably get on my case for such a basic question. Playing 6-man turbos I often pick up a big ace. I make 3-4BB raise, one of blinds often calls. Flop comes AAx. no draws. How do you handle this when he checks to you? What is the best way to extract chips in this situation.

1.) Checking(pretty obv u got monster, or maybe underpair)
2.) Bet half (look weakish) maybe he comes over
3.) Pot it (thinks you missed with pair)

What are your thoughts?

I usually bet about half the pot. If he folds, it's unlikely you would have gotten much more money by slowplaying it. A pot sized bet I think would scare away low pockets and bottom pair hands.

I like the half pot bet or little over and sometimes pot if i have a certain read on my opponent, and i hate to slow play this since if someone bets with there pair or checks behind you its hard to put them on a full house when they hit.

I usually go about 2/3 pot.

I think checking the flop is really awful in these scenarios. If you absolutely must have some slowplay in your world, check the turn if it comes with no draws. This is good because obv. you aren't letting draws in for free, and every single donk in the world loves to pressure someone who cbets then checks. Then you can raise the sucker when he stabs at your 'weakness'. I think this line is way better than checking flop.
