Quick check: Button push w/ A8s 12 BB

Don't have hand history.
20+2 45 man on FT. BB = 400. I have 4900, both blinds cover and have been pretty loose (IE 25-40 VPIP for both). 12 Left.
I have A8s on the button and push.

Basically when am I shortstacked enough to push this, and when am I too deep to shove it (or even play it vs. two loose big stacks).
