I will say that living in a nice home (not a mcMansion, but a nice home) in or near a major city, plus paying for multiple college tuitions, and not sweating every month out and/or fall behind, would be impossible on 200k a year pre-tax. Not everyone is going to be happy moving to Akron or Deluth.

Is your friend the one mentioned in this story? Sounds like they should lawyer up pretty quick, whether or not Gold has already given the money. I would definitely take a few friends on a wild 2-week vacation to Asia/Hawaii/Vegas before making any decisions with the money. DN

DN - yup, that's them. I only briefly communicated with them, so don't know the details of how they're handling the payout, but word is that Gold will honor their agreement, also prolly not worth jeopardizing his future revenue stream from endorsements etc. Also they are friends.
I'd definitely hit every K-Town bar & club and have my way with all the K-Town sloots... for like a month straight [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] -Al
