-105 juice in LV

A few weeks ago, I overheard a conversation at a poker table at the Bellagio that some casinos offer -105 juice on NFL games certain days of the week, anybody know of anything like this?

I think they were saying that it was an off strip casino and that they offered -105 on a Thursday.

The Plaza and the Stratosphere deal -105.

Hilton offers -105 at 3 PM till close on Thursdays. There may be a difference in the line though. Which could be a good or a bad thing depending on which team you're betting.

First of all, it is [censored] true.

Second, plenty of reasons. Why doesn't everyone play poker at WSEX? Why doesn't everyone bet sports at Matchbook?

Every poker player doesn't play at WSEX because the games aren't as soft. I don't know anything about Matchbook so I can't comment there. For there being "plenty of reasons" you sure didn't give very many(you gave none actually).

Ok here's a few specific reasons:
1. Those two books are not as comfortable to sit and watch games as others.
2. Those books don't comp drinks as freely as other books. In fact, they don't comp the "big bettors" as well as other books either.
3. If you're staying on the strip, it can be a hassle to get to those books
4. downtown Vegas gets scummier and scummier every day. The Strat isn't downtown, but it is close enough to smell the scum.
5. Their limits are lower than other books.
6. Those books don't have all the wagering options that some other books have.
7. Those books post lines later than other books
8. Those properties do not have all the amenities as other ones,so there's less to do when not betting sports.
9. Their cocktail waitresses are not the most "talented" in towm.
10. MOST PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT JUICE.

Ok, thanks a lot. I usually just make a quick trip to bet the games on Sat night/Sun morning and then immediately leave, so I really don't care about all that....I'll definitely be betting there from now on.
