I was just about to signup to golden palace --> does anyone knowof any sites/people ffering kickback for signups at this casino?

FYI Golden Palace, who took over Code Poker, is saying they can not return my money that they have in their bank account because I am in the US. Every other site has done so without issue but this site can not?

I would not trust them. They are in effect stealing my money at this point.
