Default NL50 99 gets reraised on low flop

Villian is 24/19/5 over 220 hands.
Read is: calls cbet on AT7r flop en betsout half pot on blank turn with 76s, checks river behind.

Is he making a move here, or does he realy has something?

Only real option is pushing or folding. If your read is he is will raise you lite then push.

I fold flop. If he floats c-bets why would he change his strategy to raising air.
