$10/$20 KK hand w/ turned A + NFD
I just sat down and don't really have any reads on Villain. Basically, my thoughts are that checking gives the pot away to air. On the other hand, betting is spewing and it commits me to see the river. What is the best line here?

$1340 in pot, and button has $1404 left, and you are worried that a turn bet will commit you on the river?
Bet the turn all-in, and there won't be any worry of being comitted on the river. You will rarely get a call, and when you do, you still have 9 or 11 outs (maybe more if he has a bad 2 pair). |

Check/call (or push, if he doesn't push himself)
If he checks behind, push river for value. Give him a little rope. He like never has the A here, and he usually has only 2 outs, sometimes just one. |

This is a bad situation. I dont really like any of our options, but I think Pushing is the most EV.

if it's checked through and the river isn't a club or K, is he calling a shove with anything we beat?

Jim,
No one ever bets this turn with anything we beat. |

Why is pushing better than check/calling? [/ QUOTE ] I don't think a random opponent will bluff often enough to warrant giving a free card. |
