Default 10/20 - bottom set, monotone board, oop, 4 handed

No reads on the table as I'm less than 3 orbits in. Effective stacks of $2300. I had planned a c/c or c/r on the flop (depending on my position relative to the bettor), but it got checked through and the turn seems like a bad card to me.

UTG+2 limps, folds to button who makes it $90, sb calls, i call from BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], UTG+2 calls.

Flop ($360):
J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
checks around
Turn ($360):
J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img](Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img])
sb checks, I...?

If I bet $300, can I call a raise here? I'm pissed to be in this spot at all, but AK is in button's and maybe sb's range and would play this way on that flop most of the time. I'm embarassed to even be posting this hand, but I am still confused about how to play this turn given how the flop played out.
