<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $3</font>, Hero folds, Button folds.

Final Pot: $9.25

When I review my hand, I see that my cbet is to small for 2 enemies and a flushdraw board, I am sorry. I should bet almost 3$. As played check/fold turn and river okay against 2 players after one Overcard appears and a possible flush?

Yes, bet 3 on the flop. Checking behind on the turn is ok, but if you do this then you need to call the blank river. You're getting 4:1 on your money and your check may have induced a hand like A4 to bet.
