This looks a lot more like a winrate than a downswing.

I have a hard time believing showing down a quarter of your hands is that profitable. otoh, you play pretty effing tight/nitty so I dunno maybe it balances out.

i'd suggest going to 100nl and work on stealing blinds/getting your vpip up to something in the 20s at least

I think that's not really good advice whatever the problem is at NL 200 I dont think the reason he's not crushing isnt him being too tight

yeah, i'm sure there are some other problems in there but his att. to steal is like 20% when it should be in the 30s. he's playing way too tight from the button/co and not getting paid enough on his big hands b/c its obvious when picks one up

You're playing waaaaay too nitty.

Also, if this is one of your biggest downswings consider yourself lucky.

If you can get out of your downswing in a couple of days, it's not a downswing. Post hands. Not coolers.

why are you losing so much from blinds? Your sb vpip is almost the same as button's. Did you try to protect your blind too hard(3betting to co or bn raise too often?)?

[/ QUOTE ] I think thats part of it that i think i was three betting to often from the blinds and calling a bit too much from the blinds.
