most expensive things other people lost:
my brother found a tag hauer watch on the ground at an hfstival a while ago. >$500 watch. he also worked at a pool. One morning he came back and there was a shirt and fossil watch (~100) there. Obv someone hopped the fence and prob almost got caught and took off. Now my brother has a nice tag hauer and i have a nice fossil.

I'm pretty good with not losing things. I've had the same wallet since I was 13, never lost a cell phone or sunglasses that were >$15. I guess the most expensive things are clothes, like a $60 sweatshirt or something.
