Straight with possible flush

Villain is 14/6/0.24 over 200ish hands. Raise or call on the river, thats the question... By just calling I'd miss value from lots of Qx, random two pair, and slow played sets. But on the other hand it would suck hard to get 3-bet big. So, whats my line?

I'd raise to $9, and fold if 3-bet. He might have a flush, but your raise looks like you're full of crap, and I'd expect to be looked up by any Q, and maybe worse than that.
