Default reraised pot common spot HU

Kind of a general spot with 100bb. Villain is playing sorta taggy, reraising a bit but not much. Probably pairs/AJ+/some suited connectors, but not like KTo or 43s. We raise (been raising a lot), he 3-bets and we call (been calling him pretty regularly).

Flop is K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and he bets 15bb into 18bb pot.

I usually call or shove in this spot, but not whether something else is better (esp for metagame).

What do you do with:

KJ
QQ
88
87 (no FD)
A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Minraise with KJ may allow him to shove an ~8-10 draw and perhaps stack off with QQ-TT/9x (which he probably has to start doing if we start minraising a lot). With QQ it makes the hand easier, takes down a big pot, but we face a close decision if he shoves. With 88 or 9x its a bit better to raise since its easier to fold to a shove, and more free cards are possible. What about with ATss or 87? We don't really know his 2nd barrel frequencies yet, and if he shoves we can fold hands that we expect to have only 35% equity (call ATss, fold 75ss etc). And sometimes we get a free card if he plans to c/r the turn. Finally, minraising is a cheap way to bluff and can tilt people.
Thoughts?

call, call, call, shove, shove.

this is not the board to minraise though its a nice line of thinking.

with the 3 call answers, what are we doing with a blank turn, and a check from villian - betting sets us up for a possible stack-a-donk, and checking sets us up for a tough river decision if he trys to bluff. I guess the latter is normally the best?

you realize that 88 is way ahead of his rr c-bet range. and he prob shuts down on K high boards.
