Default raise river for value, standard ?

10/20 6 handed, villain is a bluffy fish who makes hopeless river bluffs into pots too big for anyone to fold. he's terrible.

Hero gets JJ on the button, raises it up, fish in bb 3bets, hero caps. fish 3bet range is any Ace, any pair, any suited cards above 89s, and probably any broadway.

Flop J43 rainbow

Fish bets, I raise, he goes 3 and I call with the intention of getting more bets on the turn.

turn 5 (putting flush draw)

he bets out and we end up capping the turn (4bets).

river 6

he bets out again. Is a raise here standard ? He's actually capable of going 3 bets on the river here without the straight, which means I can't raise/fold.

I'm definitely raising the river, ESPECIALLY versus this villain! He sounds yummy! You're afraid of 7s and 2s, and possibly A2s and A7s (REMEMBER, YOU SAID HE RAISES ABOVE 89s! )

so knowing he can 3bet something I still beat, do you cap for value ? Or is that just too extreme ?

he has 77, GG.

I hate this spot... I'm bad at raise/calling here, but it seems correct.
