3/6 Live Straddle

So I was up against a straddle yesterday and there were about 3-4 callers and I was in the cutoff with KK and only had about $13 left (stupid, I know.) I raised it up to 9 and someone else capped it for me and everyone called. Of course, I was way behind on the flop, especially when more capping came after it. Should I have limped, or did I do the right thing?

Raising is always correct here.

Since you have no money in front of you though it hardly matters, because you'll be getting it all in on the flop anyway.
