Default Starting Hands: Omaha fish needs help.

I am a limit texas holdem player, but I would like to learn how to play limit omaha high because there is a holdem/omaha round by round game near my house. Can anyone tell me or just give me a link to which hands I should generally raise preflop with and which hands I should call with preflop?

These are the following links I have found on my own so far:

http://www.notedpokerauthority.com/q...ing-hands.html

http://www.thepokerforum.com/omahasystem.htm

http://www.thepokerforum.com/omahasystem.htm

That last link is on pot limit omaha but I figured it might be valid for limit.

Can anyone here find some addional/better links on preflop play for limit Omaha high? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

-Wes

I see I duplicated one of the links. Heres the pot limit link I found that may be workable for limit:

Here's another one on starting hands - not limit though - and here's a warning about the omaha point count systems.

A variation of that "pokerlistings" article has been discussed here before (LINK) and got trashed by most of the better posters here.

Based on a quick skimming, the "noted poker authority" appears to be OK (looks like it was written by Ed Miller). I think it underestimates the value of being suited when you hold a hand like T987. This is probably because this is meant as a primer for limit Omaha, not PLO, starting hands.

Yeah I'm actually looking for something equivalent to a starting hand chart for limit omaha high not PLO. I dont think my quest is going to be successful but I figued it was worth a try. Also, thanx for the links Ruosteinen and Silent.
