Once he calls the turn i'm very worried and am check folding the river. He re raised your UTG raise pre and could easily check AA/KK/QQ on the flop as its very dry.
If you did have a strong hand here the all in push would make sense as it does look like a bluff imo(what can he call you with that you beat/why are you betting so much etc) |

I wouldn't bet the turn. The way to make money off of villains like this is to play passively when you have a medium-strength hand with showdown value. Yeah, he's bad, but he's not gonna call the turn with something that TT beats very often.
And the river shove is just gross. Nothing you beat calls; almost nothing that beats you folds. |

I would check the turn, planning on checking the river and calling a smallish bet.
