If you cap the flop, when a blank hits on the turn you should be leading out. Really strange the river gets checked through also.

I'm tempted to fold the flop, when button 3-bets, but I think my goal is to get to showdown as cheaply as possible unless the board & action gets much scarrier. So no, I don't cap the flop.

If that's what you were thinking, then why did you cap the flop?

The answer is the same: your flop bet/turn check makes no sense. If you're trying to get to sd cheaply, don't cap the flop. If you cap the flop, bet the turn when it's checked to you.

General posting guideline: try to figure out where you have a question, e.g. in this hand it's the flop. Then cut off the action there. This sort of goes hand-in-hand with not posting results. The fact that we know the river got checked through might be influencing some opinions, and might incline people to say [censored] things like "call the flop trey and c/r the turn".
