interesting tidbit. if you have someone on ignore and they become a mod, you cant unignore them. how is that for cool features? you could just go back in time, ignore them and then have them on perma ignore!

Believe it or not Iron, you are not in that small handful. Try harder!

And clearly one can just "scroll past their posts" if you wanted to, however the ignore function exists for a reason. Sometimes you can't help but to read something someone says (trainwreck effect). Then you want to respond and it's normally not exactly high brow and the thread dissolves into a crap fest of name calling and stupid arguments, and so on.
