Default watching online content

The major TV networks air their shows online. Problem is that I live in Canada, so they won't let me watch. I have tried hiding my IP address, but then the video won't load. Does anyone have any suggestions (that don't involve torrents) for me?

**I don't think this goes against the board's anti-torrent policies, but if it does please delete with my apologies.**

try using a webproxy that supports myspace/youtube, etc. you may be able to get it to work with one of those.
