Default Opening a Florida Cardroom

In theory, if one wanted to, how easy would it be to open a card room in Florida?

Well, you'd start by building a horse or greyhound racing facility or a jai alai fronton.

I don't think you need a any type of racing facility google it or something. The law is gonna change soon regarding No Limit Holdem Stakes so open it before everyone else and you will be rich
