Default NL100 Queens and difficult River decision

Were not sure about river decision... . Did I left their some value not pushing river? had some fear from a made flush:

I'd put a pretty strong bet on on the turn, around 45-50. checking with all those draws out there is pretty bad.

oh, I forgot to say, that I really put him on a big Pair KK or AA, not on a draw (know this player very well). He thought alot preflop and I had a feeling for it. he would c/r me on flop or turn, so I decided to check behind.

If you don't put him on a draw and you know his tendencies well, follow through with you read then and push the river vs. his AA or KK.
