Default Playing big games in Europe and currency exchange issues

I'm going to be in Monaco for the European Poker Tour final event. I'd like to play relatively big limit side games (on the order of 100-200 $US) so I will need a decent-sized bankroll. I don't want to get hosed by bad exchange vig -- am I going to be able to get some casino credit, or in some other way avoid the crazy vig on getting euros or just getting chips to play with?

In many casinos when you change your money to euros on a cash desk, they store your money($) until you're ready to leave. Then you can buy your own $ back with the same price. I think this is the case in Monaco too. Not sure thou..

I think they only run Sit and go's on the side - no cash games

I know for a fact that when I was in London about a month ago the best exchange rate I found anywhere in the city was the cage at the Vic...

In other words, casinos actually end up being about the best place anywhere to change your money. They have other ways to profit, and just want to get the money into your hands. May be different in Monaco, but in London it was actually worth it to go to the casino just to change money...
