Default Buying my first condo

I'm 25 and about to buy my first condo. I've looked at many places, their are 2 that stand out. Both places are basically the same price and size. I've weighed the pros and cons of each and they are very close.

My final decision is going to come down to do I want a better location or a better condo? Place A is in a neighborhood well known for great night life. Their are plenty of bars, restaurants, etc. very close by. Place B is a little farther away from bars, restaurants, grocery stores etc, but in a decent neighborhood. The interior of place B is amazing though. Kitchen has been upgraded with Cherry cabinets & granite countertops. New carpet, floor plan is wide open and spacious, etc.

Any opinions as to why would be grately appreciated. I can provide more info on each place if asked.

One thing to consider is resale value. I don't know about the market you are in but in general, homes with better location appreciate more than homes that dont.

Personally I would take the better location condo. I value entertainment and having "the place" for your friends more than I value nice cabinets. In the end it is whatever makes you feel better about it though.

You can alter the interior of the condo in the future. You can't change the location. Go with location.
