best breakfast on the strip?
Didn't see this covered in the restaurants thread, so I thought I'd ask it independently... Where on the strip can you get a decent breakfast? I'm a bit tired of rubbery eggs and freezer-hashbrowns.

Re: best breakfast on the strip?
The Paris Breakfast buffet is really good. 4 kinds of sausage, crepes, waffles, etc. Really good stuff. It can be a bit of a wait though

I'm a big fan of the Flamingo buffet. You have alot of choices and the bacon is extra crispy.

Re: best breakfast on the strip?
This is a no-brainer. Go to Tableau at the Wynn
Best brunch in the world, bar none. The apple and walnut ricotta pancakes with cinnamon butter are a must. Tuco. |

At my last visit to the WSOP, the RIO's buffett was pretty good. Depends on if you re looking for binge/gorge buffet or sensible sit down.

Re: best breakfast on the strip?
Peppermill is a little out of the way (near Riviera), but the fruit salad is a feast. Enough to feed a family of four and comes with a loaf of warm banana bread and marshmallow fluff for dipping. Mmmmm, fluff.
