Something the video sites really need IMO is the ability for each user to keep track of which videos they've seen. A checkbox next to each video (that the server maintains on per user basis) would be fine, or, even better, a text box that the use can make notes in.

That has already been put on our IT guys punch list to get done. It will be live within a month.

I concur... I actually started to download the videos and have download the same one multiple times.
I actually renamed them to xxxx-watced.wmv
works if you dont watch them streamed
