Without reads I'm not sure what the villain has here. The turn check seems suspicious to me but I'd b/f the river in case he sd's something wierd like AT or a small pp

expect villain to have Tx, QJ, med pair most of the time. I think this is a solid spot to b/f. You get called by enough worse hands to make it worth the bet.

Ya. I expect to see Tx and pp here pretty often. QJ is by no means impossible tho.
