define tough, is he good or bad? Against a decent player you have close to 0FE. You can't fold here that's for sure, although it's not a great spot to be in.

folding preflop is not terrible imo. Allthough I aggree it doesn`t looks to good for our image. We gonna be in a terrible spot postflop, with AJ being oop vs 2 oponents.

The UTG limp and then raise is usually AK at the least, fold. As played this is the kind of flop you were looking for when you called, raise it up and call a shove hope he has AA and you hot one of your outs.

I feel like I give up this hand pre-flop. After the limp re raise, I want nothing to do with this hand. I tend to trust people of Limp reraise no matter their stats.

When the flop comes I would say fold. It's a nice draw, but SB looks like he has a made hand here. I don't see lags going this crazy with bluffs or top pair on this type of board.

thanks all for your opinions, but to conclude.

Hero raises to $40, UTG calls $9.86 (All-In), SB raises to $169.28 (All-In), Hero calls $64.86 (All-In).

Turn: ($302.50) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players, 3 all-in)
.

River: ($302.50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players, 3 all-in)

Final Pot: $302.50

Results in white below:
SB has 8c 6c (flush, queen high).
Hero has Jd Ac (one pair, tens).
UTG doesn't show. (he had Kh8h)
Outcome: SB wins $302.50.

TBH I felt really bad after this hand. I felt folding preflop was the best choice in retrospect, though I needed other opinions to avoid knee-jerking myself into changing around my game.

How do you guys usually deal with villains with SB'S stats ?

When I said he was tough - I meant he multi-tables, and is ALWAYS deep. He doesnt seem to stack off light, at least when i've run into him and seems to float just the right amount.

/edit word fixing.

Bah, I missed how deep we were here first time. Apologies. I think that makes a shove far less prudent tbh as the dead money is less significant in the EV calculation (even allowing that our FE probably goes up some when we shove).

Getting owned by a good LAG like this is horrible. But I cannot work out a remedy here: a smaller flop raise, a fold and a shove all seem questionable this deep. I wonder if a call mightn't be ok? Not sure if that's results-orientated though.

I don't think a good LAG is cold-calling here OOP w/86s not knowing what the other deepstack will do. Would a good LAG want to play a drawing hand like this OOP? Granted they are deep, but I'm not sure the implied odds make up for his 10bb preflop call when he has to play a multi-way 3bet pot OOP. He is c/f almost all flops.

SB calling UTG's minraise makes it a PF fold for you.

How many hands is the sample over? I'm inclined to think that a 40/20/2.7 is more inclined to be donkish than a truly good LAG, which according to Pokey rarely exist at these levels anyway. Given his line of open complete/cold call he looks more so like a moron than anything else. WTF does he want to play OOP against an initial overbet by you and then a limp/raise from UTG? He either wants to play some sort of SC OOP with no implied odds from UTG, which makes him bad, or he is VERY strong, with his range limited to about TT+ or AK or KQ w/king of clubs.

At this point I raise hoping to get it in on the flop.
