Default nl25 pocket pair vs board overpair

Thoughts welcome on the mistakes I made on every street!

Button ($18.18)
Hero ($24.17)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Jc, Jh.
3 folds, Button calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.4, 1 fold, Button calls $1.15.

Flop: ($3.05) 5d, Ah, As (2 players)
Hero bets $3, Button calls $3.

Turn: ($9.05) 4c (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $3, Hero calls $3.

River: ($15.05) Jd (2 players)
Hero bets $5, Button raises $10, Hero is all-In $11.77, Button is all-In $0.78
Final Pot: $15.05

Preflop is fine, flop is fine. Turn call isnt very good. Just shove river.

I read it like a screaming valuebet and the board is AA5 rainbow, what is villain calling a flop raise and leading turn so small?
