I know the pain man, not for that amount of course.

Every tilt spree I've had in the last two years I have printed out in somewhat of a story form and I read them once a week so I remember the triggers and how much money I blow on this crap, but I do it again and again and I seriously don't know why or what I can do to stop it. Best of luck on the upswing.
