You certainly have to raise here, because a lot of the range for villain doing this is the medium pocket pairs (that usually aren't folding on this flop), but they might if a scary card comes off. Defineatley raise. $2.85 seems like a good amount to raise to IMO, keeps the pot building process going nicely too.
