How much $ for a new license &
how much $ if you have PT & Pahud

[/ QUOTE ]

The actual pricing has not yet been determined. There will be some type of schedule where upgrading users will get a discount based on how long ago they purchased PT/PAH.

1. I would like to see something done that could easily output tax data in a table form. I currently use 1 day = 1 session, but any reasonable definition would be good for me. If this isn't doable, I would like to see +/- one day buttons on the preferences/specific date field to help me do my taxes. Frankly I suspect if PT defined a session in a certain manner with many of us using it for our tax data, the IRS might fall in line and remove the uncertainity regarding a "session."

2. Easier ability to analyze opponent's play by position.

how does the length of time owning PT/hud affect the discount?

I've owned a license for over 2 years, does that give me more of a discount than someone who bought 5 months ago? or less of a discount?

I don't get that at all.

Any software upgrade programs I have seen in the past gave purchasers a discount based on how recently they purchased the license. The reasoning is that recent purchasers have gotten very little use and hence little value for the price they paid originally. Those who purchased a long time ago have already gotten full value for the price they paid. Recent is usually defined as something in the 1-6 month range. Often, those who purchased in the last month or two are given a free upgrade. I expect that the PT3 upgrade program will be something similar.

Combined into one application but probably separate pricing.

Depending on the length of time you owned PT. You would get discounted for the PT portion of the program but not for the PAH portion. Like I previously said, nothing has been decided and set in stone.
