Problem with signing up for your rakeback for Absolute

Hey, I was looking to open an absolute poker account through you guys. However, your signup page is not displaying correctly (I tried it in both internet explorer and avant browser). You have text overlaying the signup field, so I can't enter a screen name. I took a screen shot of the problem:
